1992 honda civic lx fans wont turn on !!!! please help?

hi i got a 1992 honda civic lx 4 cylnder its gots the 2 fans in the front for the raditor but some reson they wont turn on i checket all the fuses there all good i even cut the wire to the fans and tested the fans they work fine but they wont turn on for some reson please help

I would say it's a sensor of fuse that went bad. Test all you fan fuses and make sure none of those are burned out..
