New spark plugs, new dist, good battery, turns over great, cranks great but won't start. new air filter too.

The cause is probably a broken timing belt. I'm pretty sure that the 1992 Accords need to have there timing belts replaced every 75,000 miles. Check owners manual and also when belt was last changed. If it is the timing belt, the water pump will need to be removed to get to it. Honda recommends that you replace the water pump at the same time. Honda usually charges about $350 to change the belt, but you may be able to find an independent shop experienced in Honda's to do it cheaper.

see if its getting spark

pull one of the plugs out, plug it in to the plug wire, and have someone start the car and see if it sparks. if its getting spark it might not be getting total spark, take off the distributor cap and check for corrosion or wear

you would have to replace the cap and roater which is only 30 bucks

also like the other guy said you could have a broken timing belt

but you would need to have the motor retimed which could cost you some cash.
