1992 ford f150 steering?

I just installed all new ball joints tie rods drag link gear box and got the alignment done and my steering still has play. I know its safe to drive now just not very comfortable. Has any one had this problem and is there any adjustments to make the steering tighter
 
check the intermediate shaft connection and be sure that it is tight. Is the steering wheel nut tight at the mount? Check worm gear play in gear box for proper adjustment. Top nut with retainer can compensate for miss adjustment. Just a few thoughts.
