1992 ford escort?? help?

i have a 1992 ford escort, and the headlights will not work. How ever the running lights work. the fuses are good and lights new. has any one else had this problem? and if so could you tell me how to fix it lol.
 
your switch is probably bad. I have an 89 probe, i have an amp switch for the headlights cuz my other switch wore out and ii got cheap. lol
