...connected to bad alternator? going down the road noticed the alternator wasn't putting out amps. but then noticed all warning lights for light functions was on but they worked ..dome lights stay on even when car is parked radio don't work and the heater blower only shuts off when you open the door? i'm gonna fix the alternator today but the rest of that stuff sure seems weird to me!
i have a way to check voltage output it's 11.9 to 12.1 .and theres a noise commin from the alternator (bearing) while running..it's the other electrical issues that seems strange..certain things work and others don't . is this a buick park ave thing?
 
Hard to diagnose over the internet, but are you sure there is a problem with the alternator? If all the other lights on the dash are screwed up, why wouldnt your voltmeter be too?

Take a multimeter and see if you cant test the output of the alternator while the car is running, should be 13-14 volts.
