Hi everyone, i have a 1991 toyota tercel that has an issue running at idle. I first bought the car from my neighbor for a good deal and it ran just fine. After i bought it i took it out for some test drives. I turned on to a 2 way road (45mph) that was extremely torn up and had tons of potholes. As this car doesnt have the best suspension in the world it actually hurt bouncing round that much. Anyways after that i pulled up 2 a red light and when the light turned green i pushed on the gas petal and as i did it stumbled like stuttered and died at the light. Ever since then it sometimes starts right up and idles for like 10 minutes just fine but then it stalls and dies or sometimes it recovers. If i pull up to an intersection and stop sometimes it will die unless you put it into neutral or park and rev it. But it doesn't realy happen when you are moving only when you stop. we hav checked most vacuum lines, cleaned the carb body and butterfly valve and replaces spark plugs on end and even changed oil and tranny fluid (which it seemed 2 like Better). we hav troubleshooted so many things 4 weeks but nuthin really seems to help . any help would be greatly appreciated. This is my first car so it is irritating not being able 2 drive it. thnks :)
