1991 toyota celica blinker wont work?

i changed the bulb but still doesnt wqork when i turn left its ticking fast .. i dont have an owners manual i would check the fuses but idk where they are!!!

and also how do you know if a fuse is blown

PROBABLY the ' flasher"; Go to Auto Zone, they will show you .

If it wasn't doing anything then you would know the fuse is bad.

Sounds like the flasher is blown.Its not bad,usually in the fuse box.Go get it at the parts store,there reasonably cheap.
