Needs a new battery, then you need to see if the charging system is working. but what you've posted sounds like a bad battery. they don't last forever. Thats why new ones are made every day.
It sounds like the alternator has failed. That may have ran the battery down a killed it, because when the alternator dies the vehicle runs off stored battery power. that is'nt much.
Sounds like a dead battery. How old is it? If it's fairly new then check the alternator. Many car parts stores will test them for u but u'll need to take it off the car.
