I have a 1991 Honda accord lx and the problem is that when i insert the key into the ignition it wont turn to the on position and the steering column is locked in place. i know that your supposed to turn the wheel to the direction its locked but even when i do that it still wont turn this is a big problem and i need help asap. Please help.
