my 1991 chev pick up has a 4.3l engine with a 5 speed. when its going down the interstate it over heats when its bogging up a small hill that doesn't need down shifting. it goes from cool and when i get over the hill it heats up to 260 for about 20 seconds then drops back to normal. the air also doesn't put off heat when it over heats. i put a new thermostat in it but i cant figure out the problem, it has me baffled
