I was looking at some trucks on craigs list, and this person has a rebuilt motor. They say it was rebuilt with factory parts, and has all the paperwork for the work done. Then he goes on to say that the truck wont rev past 3500rpms. What could be causing a problem like that. The only reason I am asking is cause they are selling the truck very cheap, I will scoop it up.
