the jet ski starts very easily when it is cold and with 2 pumps of primer and when i shut it down or fall off it will start back up just fine and run great but after a little while longer when it is shut down it is stubborn and wont start up again for 2 maby 3 minutes. also when i press the gas it will only run about half throttle without bogging down, but if im holding it a little past it will start to bog down until i go over a wave and it skips out of the water for a second then it seems to get a second wind and it will go about 3/4 throttle. it also wont idle without bogging down and shutting off. also if it rolls 90 degrees to the side or more it will shut right off. i took the header off and hit the ignition 2 see if the pistons had any chipping and everything looked good but the gas spray beaded up like it had water in it which dosnt make sense because it was filled up last year after being empty and when the summer ended withought taking it out again i put stabil in the fuel and i have no clue how water could of gotten in. i have also put sea foam in it hoping to clean the carb out but no difference in the performance
