1990 Honda Prelude SI 2.0 Fuel Pump Relay Location?

I've got a 1990 honda prelude si 2.0. I can't find the fuel pump relay (Full Pump Cut Off Relay) Model # BWD R4041. Can someone please help me locate it? I have looked in the fuse panel on driver side and under the hood and still can't find it. Thank You!
