1990 HONDA CIVIC HATCH BACK 4WD QUESTION REGARDING AUTOMATIC SEATBELTS...?

ok.. our automatic door seat belts stopped working.. shortly after a few other electrical things went out (cigg lighter, radio) those were a blown fuse.. they work now, but the seat belts still dont.

what could be wrong.. we've checked every fuse.. all are in tact

any suggestions?
