Hey, i have a 1990 ford ranger 2.3. i replace the cylinder head put everything back together and now it wont start. I smell gas, but see no leaks or anything. It ran before i replaced the head gasket. What could it be? the timing? i was looking for the in line spout connector but couldnt find it. What could it be?

Review the procedure you used to make sure the crank and cam gears were perfectly indexed when you installed the timing belt.
