1990 Ford Bronco 5.0 engine will not reach operating temperature?

New member
I have a new fan clutch and a new 195* thermostat.
After running the motor for 45 minutes the hoses are still cool to the touch
After driving for 30 minutes hoses are barely luke warm
I'm out of ideas
