1990 Chrysler LeBaron V6 3.3 Small issues?

For the last 2 days my car keeps dying like its running out of gas and the check engine light comes on. Then I have to wait literally 5-7 minutes without trying at all for it to start again. When I restart it, the check engine light is no longer on. The car when driving seems slugging like it can't idle it just dies. (Only last 2 days mainly). It was driving very smooth and quite before yesterday. I was told by 3 different people 3 different things. One said the battery and Alternator. My battery in new. One said the fuel pump and filter, and the last said the ignition control module. I would like some kind of clarification so that I know what I am getting into and am prepared. Also the back windows do not roll down. Would it be the fuse or the motor for the windows? I do not hear any noise when I have tried to use it. The windows also sit a tad lower than the rag top. They whistle a little when driving.
 
quite honestly it could be any of what you were told, but since your check engine light came on go to a local autoparts store and have it read, find out what the code means and that will point you in the right direction
