I have a 1990 Chevy Lumina Euro and just recently I went to start it and nothing happened and the radio didn't come on either but the dome lights did and the lights in the engine bay did as well but the car didn't make the ticking noise it usually does when the battery is dead also when I turned the head lights on it made a weird siren noise that was last night and now its doing the same thing expect not making the noise, can anyone tell me what's wrong with it?
