You HS students should have learned this word by now. I was looking at the music section, and someone was talking about the year 1991. I remember this as being a ridiculously horrible time, fashion, music, TV-wise. Then again, I was 11 at the time. But by God, everyone had mullets, Michael Bolton ruled the airwaves, people wore "fanny packs" (which I hear is hilarious if you live in the UK) and Zubaz pants, and Full House was ever gayer than the Brady Bunch.
OK, so I was only a kid back then, my life consisted of playing touch football and pre-Algebra, but I remember a lot of crap on TV and the radio. Am I wrong? What was good about pop culture in this period?
