1989 Jeep Wrangler Electrical problem, HELP PLEASE!!!?

I just replaced the spark plugs and wires on my 1989 jeep wrangler because she was running a little rough, and since I just put the spark plug wires on, she won't start. The starter and everything are good, the engine just won't turn over, PLEASE HELP ME!!!, I have no idea what could be wrong, it ran before I changed the parts
