The mileage is great for the age of the vehicle but the year is too far back to get any reliability statistics. The vehicle is 21 years old already - if the engine hasn't died and needed a major overhaul already it most likely will soon.
Jeep is known for reliable engines, with that age you should be looking at the body for rust. Just as long as its been properly maintained, it should last you awhile.
