It possible that main jet is plugged up. or very dirty in fuel bowl where the carburetor is. ( bottom of carburetor) or wrong size of main jet. ( running too lean) or the bike been sitting for long time cause varnish build up. Need to clean carburetor.
or possible the air filter is very dirty. Not enough to draw air.
