1989 Dodge Colt Shocks?

Ok so my back left tire shock just busted on me and its really loud. Is it going to really going to mess up my car if i dont get it fixed right away. And if so how much would an average cost be for one?
 
This car is just to old to put any money in it. Get somebody to get you two rear shocks from a junkyard have them get you in touch with a local wrench who will install it. It might be all of $40 parts and labor if that. The wrench might be a guy on the yard's payroll and take his lunch hour to do it. Then buy him lunch.
 
rule of thumb replace them in pairs as in your case that would mean both rear shocks parts and labor should be under 500 dollar i would think
