1988 honda crx si interior wireing?

ok i bought a honda crx si... i thought it was in pretty good shape.. but when i got it home i realized it was f****d UP.the interior lights don't work. the speedometer doesn't work.. the headlights arent working. my dash lights. so basicly my question is.. if i wanted to rewire basicaly the whole interior.. and headlights, blinkers and hi beams.. and dual halos on my headlight.. where would i start.. is there a website that i can go to? or does anybody have any tips? also. it has a b20b4 motor.. with an a1 tranny .. and since the speedometer isn't working.. im thinking the tranny might be an electric speed sensor . and since the stock one was cable.. would i have to wire the tranny to my speeometer ? im so confused right now lol.. thanks for the help tho
