1988 Ford E-150 Van. Looking for a Shop Manual!!?

I just bought an old 1988 Ford E-150 van. Even though it's rusty and stuff, I really like it.
Anyway, I need to find a shop manual for it.
Does anyone have any ideas where I can find one...either hard copy or digital? Any Ford Employees out there??
