...suggestions? When you start the car it starts tapping pretty loud, it sounds like it may be coming from the header or maybe the valve im not sure, is there anyway I can pin point it exactly?
 
Hi,
Yes you can hear it by using a long screw driver. Put the handel to your ear and the other end on the valve covers etc. You prob have a sticky lifter. Use a half qt of transmission fluid in with the oil. Leave it in for a few days then change the oil, to 5W40.
