Well My grandpa gave me a good driving 86 Buick today has cold ac drives good and good tags for a whole year! I love it, it only has 102,XXX Miles! Well if I'm driving straight the car drives GREAT, But if i slightly turn the wheel Left it feels like the drivers side tires is loose and is rabling about badly. people say it feels like it is gonna come off. and if i turn sharp left it does it untill i turn a little sharper like doing a U Turn under the highway the Rabling goes away.

So its only when i slightly turn the wheel left it rabbles badly.

What could this be? and how much to fix? THANKS!
Well My Grandpa said its been like this over a year now. So I doubt its the lugnuts and maybe could be tie rod ends.

How can i check all this? and what you mean by strut?
And CV Axles are good cause they dont pop when i turn and gas it.

Have a good mechanic check it out as it might only be something minor.
Even if you have to pay for it you still got the car for free so you will not have much invested.
You did thank your Grandfather didn't you?

First of all... take of the hubcap (if fitted) and check the lug nuts to ensure they are tight.

If so... then it could be a bad strut, a bad ball joint, or bad CV joint.
Also possibly a bad tie rod end.
