two 123k miles even with rebuilt engine is going to soon have many problems its 25 years old. three if you want a good cheap car look for american cars. if you want a good fast car cheap price ( for the specs) invest in a mustang the 2010 has 300 hp and is 20k or get a used mustang anywhere from 2000-2005 you can get it for cheap
