i have bought a 1985 toyota 4x4 pickup with a bad motor and so i went ahead and purchased an 89 2wd motor(carb). i already swapped the oil pan from 2wd to 4wd on the engine and i want to use the 89 carburator because the 85 carb needs a rebuild. would i be able to convert the 89 carb to work with my 85 harness?i can change to plugs to the old ones and all the other brackets but i really would like to know if it will work before i go ahead and try it. thanks in advance
