1985 Pontiac Parisienne Stalls in Cold Weather?

My 1985 Pontiac Parisienne stalls when idling. I just moved to Newfoundland and it is getting cold and wet. Car has never had this problem before, and I have added gas line antifreeze to rule out a moisture problem.
