...and it is charging.? I have a 1985 Honda Big Red where the head light, and dash lights won't work. And the starter button doesn't work either. All these problems started at the same time. I can start it by jumping the starter solenoid, battery is charging, and the fuse is good. Any thoughts?
 
Well there are a couple relays in the back and then check the whole harness in the front to see if the wires are disconected or jus need the corrosion cleaned off
 
check for a bad fusible link wire,pull out the glass part of the headlight and check the plugin and wires inside if you can't find anything in the wires,try changing the solenoid.
