1983 Honda NH80 Please Help!!!!?

I have a 1983 Honda NH80 that’s when I start it that it goes to full throttle automatically, I replaced the throttle (pin, spring, sleeve), the carb and it parts inside of it, spark plug, nothing works it just keep going to full throttle when the bike is started, any help will be great
 
Maybe you didn't attach the accelerator cable correctly, maybe the idle speed is too high, you can lower this by turning the idle screw counter clockwise) The reason the engine is reving high could also be because the spring loaded slide inside the carb is not seated all the way down resting on the idle screw, this is a common mistake people make, so make sure the slide inside the carb slots down at the bottom having passed by a notch protruding from the carb wall, look down the top of the cab and you will see the notch.

This gap is way to big.
