1982 dodge ramcharger hub problem.?

I have a 82 ramcharger and i put a new battery in too start her, and i tried moving the tires and it had a hard time. it also said hubs are locked so that probably why the tires didn't move. but i am not sure how to unlock them i have read the manual but it doesnt help. thanks
 
Hi

That works on vacuum, so make sure there is no leaks. You will see on the front rear end lol a vacuum pod. It works as a slip shaft to take it out of 4X4. I put on wern hubs and got 4 more miles per gallon.
