1980's Ford F-series wont stay running?

In the morning the truck will start after a few tries, I can reverse out of the parking space, but it will stall repeatedly when shifting into 1st gear. Where should i start? This problem only happens in the morning. It doesnt have this problem at night or even after sitting for two days?
 
Sounds like a air leak; possibly a loose carburetor or a connection point of one of the vacuum lines. It might also be something electrical having to do with the neutral switch in the transmission.
 
Only push the gas pedal down one time before starting . This engages the choke . If you push it more than once , the choke will disengage.
