1980 Suzuki RM80 won't start, kick or catching in gear?

My RM80 won't start. It sounds healthy, fuel is mixed right, new spark plug, carb cleaned, and won't start!!! I tried kicking it like 100 times, then tried to catch it in gear. Nothing.... I was thinking that the air screw is not set right? Any help with tuning or possiblly another problem???
