My chappy is so slow. IT does about 23 MPH on flat ground and 5 MPH up a steep incline. It does 10-12 up a small hill. It seems like the tranny doesn't want to shift either, when taking off it jumps to about 5 MPH but doesn't shift to the next gear for about 10 seconds. That is what it does up hill too it will rev way up and not shift to gain speed, is this normal for the Chappy or not.
Oh yeah I haven't done a tranny flush yet is that the problem.
