1978 Pontiac Firebird Power Steering Issue? Chirping?

I need some help here, please. My 1978 Pontiac Firebird has an issue with what I believe is the power steering. It chirps quite loudly especially when you turn the wheels at a dead standstill. Eventually, after you drive the car a little while, it quiets down...but is still present. What could be the issue here and how would I go about fixing it? Thanks!
 
Check your belt to make sure it's tight. Also make sure there's no cracks in it. If all this looks okay or you want to get by cheap get some fan belt lubricant
