My neighbor is selling an old motorcycle, it looks in great condition (but that's just from the outside so it could just be the paint job). The sign on it says that it needs carb work, and it is pretty old. Would $700 be too much for it? Is it a good bike? I don't want to get a good deal on a crappy bike. The sign also says, "obo" which I'm guessing means, or best offer; so would offering $500 be too little?
