1973 gt 250 suzuki it says that it need to be 20 characters?

log book wouldn't tell you that info anyway...adjust air screws out 1 and 3/4 turns out....points/timing just do it by ear but mark them up so you can put them back if you get it wrong...also adjust the base plate in the same way.
 
lost the book i need to know what to set the timing screws at
i got it running good but not the best and it lurches, it's my moms bike and she thinks the the points need to be set,
it's got no power in 4 5 6 gear 1 2 3 is good.
just cleaned the carbs and it has more powre then it had
