-over the past 3 years i have gradualy lost my sex drive, i currantly have no sex drive at all.
-i get hit by waves of fatigue all day that gets worse if i fall asleep and goes away if i wait it out. last probably an hour each average.
-exersise makes me fatigue physcally and mentally a lot more than it should.
-i hear constant loud ringing in my ears
-i developed really bad carpel tunnel in my wrists which is now spreading to my elbows and shoulders.
-i get lightheaded really easily when standing up
-i feel occational pressure/pain in my chest cavity
-ive had chronic diareah for 4 years.
-i have really dry skin expecially around my face
-i have Palmar erythema (wierd looking red/white mottling pattern on my hands)
-a few months ago my hand started to develop heavy wrinkles, all over my palm, up my fingers, my finger prints are smoothed out and look like theyve been soaked in water.
-i have really bad definatly noticable memory problems/ brain fog
-my fingernail half moons have dissapeared in 6 fingers, they have developed these wierd horizontal lines across all the nail tips that looks white on top of the nail and dark red underneath
-there are multiple horizontal divets in all of my toe nails
-my throat is constantly dry and i have to consistanly clear my throat before i talk
-my eyes are a lot more sensitive to light than they use to
-i feel these wierd tingling spasms in my inner thigh when walking long distances.

-ive had a comprehensive metabolic profile, lipid profile, complete blood count, ANA screen, all normal.
-ive had my thyroid tested several times all normal.
-cortisol and DHEA levels were normal.
-i was tested for celiac disease and was negetive
-B-12, folate, iron, magnesium, zinc levels are all normal
-homocystiene normal
-methylmalonic acid normal
-uric acid normal
-ive had chest x-rays, MRIs on my head, testicular ultra sound, didnt find anything

ive tried several therapies for my carpel tunnel and quit playing guitar for over 2 years and yet it still persists

ive tried some natural aphrodesiacs and none of them worked, havnt tried viagra yet but i want to cure the problem not postpone it, mabey if i was 50 id do it but i dont want to be dependant on viagra for the rest of my life.

this has been going on so long i dont even remember what ive been tested for. the only thing that has helped was eating a perfectly healthy diet and exercising every day for 5 months, my fatigue cleared up a bit but none of the other symptoms did and it came back as soon as i quit the diet.

my testosterone, alkaline phosphatase, and WBCs were all low but still in the normal range.

im going to see a urologist in a week to test some other hormone levels and im getting a nerve conduction study done for my cts.

it looks like quite a few people on the healthboards have similar experiences, if any of you have any advice it would be greatly appreciated. thanks to anyone who replys

"my testosterone, low but still in the normal range."

"normal range"? The test range by 21 to 90 year old males.
If you are in the lower 1/4 of that range then you are in the the 80 year old range.

Your testosterone should be in the upper 1/3 of the range at your age. 100 mg injections once a week will bring it up.

Your estradiol E2 should be in the lower 1/3 of its range. Yours is probably at or over the max of its range. It can be lowered with 1/2tablet of Arimidex twice a week. Was it even tested?

i went to get my estrodial prolactin lh and fsh tested but they tested my total estrogen lh and didnt draw enough blood for the rest. my total estrogen was 127 rr.

I have thyroid problems---and used to constantly be clearing my throat.
A lot of endocrine problems can cause joint pain---like carpal tunnel, the libido issues, and the deep wrinkling and several other things you've reported.

I'd get copies of your labs---and go over them and highlight whatever comes up "flagged". Sometimes doctors will say everything is normal---when it's not.

I'd also find a teaching/research hospital---you're in a good state for those---but you're going to have to head west.

Not sure what the diet was---or why it and the exercise made the fatigue go away. I'd look back over everything and try to get a timeline of symptoms---when they started, etc., and get some pictures if your appearance has changed dramatically.

Good luck with stuff.
