19 wks pregnant did a afp test and a chlamydia test got a call to go see dr asap?

i know that i should be worried about the std but i'm more worried that they gonna tell me something is wrong with my baby, which one do u think it could be, i'm freaking out, plz help
well the didnt call i just got a letter in the mail
but would they call me back for that or would they just wait until my next visit which is on monday
to merry christmas 09, i just got the letter and it was too late, it is mind blowing
