18 year old guy with no girlfriend yet.. is it weird ?

So i'm 18 and i never had a real girlfriend, except in 3rd grade but i don't want to count that.
I have had plenty of online girlfriends though, and i was supposed to meet up with some of them.
Girls that get to know me think that i'm amazing, that's why i've had so many online...but in real life I barely talk...I am shy that's all.. I'm good looking, I'm sweet, funny..
The only problem is that I get too caring and too loving and sometimes I think of girls as superior to me...
Any tips ? And do you think I'm weird just cause it never happened ?
 
It's understandable to think girls' intelligence and the way their minds approach things would seem superior when you think in a different way. It's not a good or bad or better, just different.

There are more people shy because of the internet. The face-to-face interactive skills of your generation has dropped tremendously because one has more balls (bravado) at the keyboard.

You are not weird, your situation isn't weird. You just need practice to be yourself and relaxed. Girls' smarts aren't mystical, so stop treating it like a mysterious grand power.

And most of all, you will meet a lot of girls in the next few years. Don't think the first one you think you grew the nerve to talk to, and get rejected by, will be the end of things for you. Another one will be there for you to take another shot at. Of course you could try to "keep your ear on the ground" and find out which girls like you, and from that list, you can pick and choose the cutest or hottest. This will make it a little easier. If you're a dog, that list will shrink faster that you can saw wtf. If you're good, it will grow.
