...circumstances - needs to find? Needs to find out his residency/citizenship status. He was brought up thinking he was a citizen. His parents won't give him any papers (birth certificate, etc.) After leaving home his mom mentioned that he would be illegal in a few months. Has soc security card with "valid for work only with INS authorization" issued in North Carolina. He can't afford an immigration attorney.
