18 inch sub box instructions?

i plan on getting an FI BTL 18. could someone direct me to a website that can help me build a ported box? FI recommends 5-10 cubic feet and a port between 30 and 35hz. also, can someone explain or recommend dual 1ohm or dual 2 ohm? im debating between
