Today is the Feast Day of St. Patrick of Ireland.

Did you know that St. Patrick was born of Roman nobility in Scotland?

Will you be celebrating this event today?

The Irish have been celebrating all weekend, the day itself has blurred with all the Guinness!

Those of you who will be celebrating, Saint Patricks day, have a great day.

he was welsh actually..... ans was made a saint by the ignorant masses

also because this is also the same week that Easter falls on, today would traditionally be st.pats day, but was in fact moved to last Saturday because you cant have Easter and saints days in the same 7 day period RELIGIOUS BULL5HIT i know but hey I'm just pointing it out...........i neither believe or agree

ask the Irish catholic church for verification, i assure you I'm not telling lies.

I am English, i celebrate St Georges Day.

Who cares where all these saints come from, they are our national saints days & should be celebrated,
St Andrew,
St George,
St David,
St Patrick,

I won't be ;)

Ive nothing against the Irish ........ just saint paddys means nothing to me ........plus its a weekday ......... if it fell on a Saturday .......then maybe .....

Doesn't matter where St Patrick was born. I'm not Irish but I say any excuse for a celebration is good !
HAPPY ST PATRICKS DAY to everyone.

Hope the Irish have a great day Michael

Few nations know how to celebrate as well as the Irish
Wishing you all a fun and happy St Patrick's day

I'm half Irish but I'm not really going to be celebrating. Got kids to look after and we've got to be up early in the morning. I might have a glass of wine and toast St Paddy tonight!

I did know he wasn't Irish, but I had forgotten his origins. But even St George wasn't English.
