172000 mileage on 1997 Chrysler Sebring Coupe?

There is a 1997 Chrysler Sebring for sale that has 172000 miles on it, for $1500 dollars.
It looks like it could use new tires and maybe a few minor things done too it, but for the price I think I could spend a little extra on it. With the mileage it has and with the few problems it may have, is the price good? Or do you think I could get a lot less on it?
 
It kinda depends on where you live because used car prices vary quite a bit from place to place, but I bought a '96 Sebring a while back for $750. I believe it had right around 170k miles on it, too. They run pretty well even with a bunch of miles on it, though, so as long as there's nothing major wrong with it $1500 isn't a terrible deal.
 
Looks can always be deceiving. Take it to a mechanic. Maybe there is more about this car than you know. He can be able to tell you if its worth it or how long the car can last.
