17 Again

I was actually quite disappointed when he turned back into Matthew Perry at the end. Okay, so she was old enough to be his mother (technically), but still...

And what's with the Freaky Friday comparisons? That film(s including remake) was about a mother and daughter swapping places to find how the other half lives, NOT re-living their own childhood to understand the choices they made. I can kinda see the similarities, but to say the film is a straightforward re-make isn't true.

I liked this film, dammit :d

I dragged my boyfriend to see it because it looked like a nice way to spend a couple of hours and I really enjoyed it. The cinema was mostly full of older people - in fact we accidently bumped into half a dozen of our frienRAB who had also been to see it (I'm 23!).

The guy who played Ned was hilarious - my OH is a big geek so it made me chuckle every time there was a geek reference (although even I wanted his bed!). The acting was pretty good and, although it certainly wasn't original, the story was nicely played out. I loved the bit when
his daughter came on to him after Stan had punched him. "I am a lion and YOU are a gazelle"
Hehehe

I felt thoroughly happy when the film ended, and even my boyfriend (who had wanted to see Fast and Furious) said he'd really liked it. I now have a tiny crush on Zac Efron however...

Win!

I loved this!

It was so much fun and I thought Zac Efron was really great in it, it was really the perfect role for him. I'm not sure how he would fare in heavier material though, but he was brilliant in this. I also love Leslie Mann, who played his wife.

I went to see this at the weekend, with my sister wanting to see it because of Zac Efron. I wasn't too fussed about going to see it but I have to say I really enjoyed it, it exceeded my expectations. It made me laugh out loud plenty of times, Efron was actually great in it, and the best friend (Ned?) was absolutely hilarious. I would definitely recommend it.

went to see it with my ten year old twins. wasnt expecting much was just looking forward to seeing chandler bing for a bit. however i loved it and found myself lusting after zac. i am 31 is this wrong?? he is very fit and a good actor and dancer.

anyway lustful feelings aside it was a very good film. i laughed out loud a lot and left the cinema very happy so well worth the money

Admittedly my main reason for seeing this was Zac, but I thought it was actually really good. I must have annoyed the people around me so much cos I laughed all the way through. :o

Zac Efron's hotter in a more adult role as well. :D

I went to see this film with my friend. I think she came along a little relunctantly thinking it was going to be a remake of past films and to be fair i was a little sceptical. My main attraction was of course the lovely Zac Efron (yes i fancy him - my age 23!) LOL. Guilty to admit but what the heck.

Amazing film even my mate came out saying she liked it. I think she was expecting alot of pandering to the younger audience but in fact it catered for all and we both thoroughly enjoyed it.

Ned was brilliant, young Mike was brilliant, was nice to see Matthew Perry again and I found Zac Efron's acting as Mike the father very believable.

10/10 loved it!

Y'know, when I tell anyone over the age of 18 I'm a fan of Zac I get the usual roll eyes because 'oh a teenage girl that likes Zac Efron - that's rare' but although I do find him good-looking (anyone that denies that he's good-looking is either jealous or bitter) - I'm mainly a fan of Zac for his personality and talent. He IS talented. Yes he was in High School Musical but he was the best actor out of that cast by far, was great in Hairspray and according to reviews is great in this too (I haven't seen it yet, hoping to in the next couple of days) And he really is a sweetheart without being a typical Disney goody-two-shoes. He was a guest presenter on Saturday Night Live recently and has also took part in a Robot Chicken comedy piece which featured swearing and adult humour. He's also started talking about more mature things in interviews such as sex and alcohol. I'm really quite tired of him getting this reputation of being an untalented gay tween idol. He's really quite a normal 21-year-old who happens to be talened and abnormally good-looking. And just because a girl may be a fan of his doesn't automatically mean that she just likes him because of how he looks. Acting wise, this guy is the best thing to come from the Disney Channel.

I dont know where this rant came from. :o

Oh right! Silly me. I was too busy paying attention the the BBFC and IMDB websites who list it as a 12A. Silly people at the BBFC writing the wrong certificates on their websites lol. When will they learn eh lol.

i think i've fallen in love with zac efron :o

he has got 1 of the best celebrity smiles out there and his eyes are just ridiculously gorgeous.

other than that, i thought the film was really good, what i expected and more tbh, he comes across really well doing comedy and shows he's not scared to do a variety of roles, troy, linx, mike/mark and whoever he plays in me and orson welles are all different characters.

pick the right films and he is gonna up there with the best of bests.

that scene where his daughter is trying to get with him in his bedroom made me laugh a lot lol

I'm looking forward to seeing this tomorrow, the trailer looks quite good. Will admit that part of the reason for me watching would be Zac Efron, and I also quite like Matthew Perry as well. Win win situation hopefully, need a light hearted film to cheer me up :).
