16 week pregnancy blood tests?

I am going to be seeing my midwife in a few weeks for all my 16 week bloods. I know at this one I can chose if I want the baby chances of being born with Downs or spina bifida checked but I'm not sure if I want to have this test done.

What did you do and why?
