15 year old pregnant.? Can't go and get test. can you help out with the signs?

She's been strongly seeing this guy for almost 10 months she was supposed to start her period sun. her breasts hurt minor back pain and moody as heck.. please help.
the reason she can't get a test is because she has no way of getting there. she doesnt want to talk to her parents about it yet because shes not sure..
