15 year-old Male, 162lb, 5'10... weird case?

I have a normal weight, height, health etc etc. The thing that worries me, though, is that I have these relatively small moobs. They're not that big, I mean they barely show off shirts. But they kinda look hideos when I'm shirtless. I'm going to Florida to the beach in early August and I'm willing to do ANYTHING if I would lose them by then. (that's about a month from now). Hit me with your best shot! That's my only goal, to look flat-chested/semi-flat-chested in a month more or less.

Also, another question, if I jog daily for this whole period for a whole a hour, do two reps of 10 push-ups (don't ask me to do more, I'm working on that cause' this is the most I can do)... and go on a strict diet (less than 1200 calories a day) where will I be standing by then? And put in mind that I also want/need to lose around 5 pounds to maintain a good non-disfigured shape and to get my BMI to be 21 or less.

Please guys it's really embarrassing when I'm in public plus I'm in my school's swimming team so I gotta lose this fast. Don't be afraid to give more tips, and thanks in advance!
